After a short hiatus from live shows, I’m excited to announce a big show for us next Wednesday at a great venue in NYC.

It’s probably been a while since you’ve been able to catch us live, so why not come show your support as we share the stage with John Robinson, and share the bill w/ The Hangmen for their CD Release Party at DROM. We’ll be debuting some new instrumental music as well as tracks from the forthcoming John Robinson & PVD record available later this year.

Judah Tribe is a brooklyn based soul-reggae band led by Josh David. Having toured and recorded with such heavyweights in the music industry as Q-Tip, Common, Joy Denalane, and Lil Jackie……Josh puts down the bass and picks up the guitar + vocal duties while leading Judah Tribe. An incredible band that has been gaining notoriety on the NYC reggae circuit, Judah Tribe will close out the evening from 12 – close. Stick around…….you will not be disappointed.

Still riding the wave of momentum from their recent LIVE release… John Robinson & PVD will be performing at 11, combining the soulful breakbeats and conscious lyricism featured on their recent release: ALL THE WAY LIVE. With over a decade of music under his belt and records with the likes of MADLIB, J. RAWLS, DOOM, & DANGER MOUSE, John Robinson brings his command of the microphone to PVD’s jazz influenced breakbeat style to bring to you a unique sound that has won over audiences at venues such as the Blue Note, Southpaw, and NJPAC’s Sounds of the City Concert Series.

Setting things off for the evening will be a set from ALISE PHOENIX. Alongside a band featuring David Baillis on guitar and Jordan Scanella on bass, this heavy groove influenced set of Rock N’ Roll will set the night off RIGHT!
